Shipping Information:
Orders are packaged and shipped via the indicated shipping route Monday through Friday. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of order with the exception of Friday orders which will be shipped the following Monday.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All items must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. Returned items are subject 15% restocking fee, and customer is resposible for the return shipping. In the event of damaged, broken or otherwise flawed merchandise; product will be resent within 24 hours of acknowledgement or refund will be made availible within 5-7 business days. Claims must be logged via phone at 253.761.7936, customer may be required to ship the product back to GardenSphere LLC but will be provided the cost of shipping.
